At the heart of our Yoga experience is the sensation of peace and unity. Studying and practicing Yoga is more than once-a-day practice, it is a way of life, a way of knowing and loving ourselves.
My aim - to spread a jolly, green Yoga which unites us raher than divides us in a futile pursuit of ego. Immerse yourlselves into a knowing of the heart and let me guide on this journey.

An ancient Yoga tradition
Following the teachings of Swami Gitananda Giri Guru Maharaj
Having studied under Yogachirini Kalavathi Devi at Om Studio, Cardiff, I was tought a classical Eight-Limbed Yoga, deeply rooted in the teachings propagated by Ananda Ashram, Pondicherry, India.
